The idea is to keep the soul of science intact, even as the COOP generates significant funding dollars for research. No strings. Reliable. Steady.

The Life Science Research Co-op will compete in the $100 billion data and knowledge industry - but as the only Co-op -- by researchers, for researchers and whose profits return to its members to fund research.
